1. Binningup Desalination Plant in WA (145km south of Perth)

BWG Automation has integrated and commissioned the following parts for Siemens Water Technologies:

-Membrane Filtration plant consisting of 10 Membrane based Ultra Filtration units capable of filtering over 300 Mega Litters a day

-Intake Pumping Station of the desalination plant.

– The CIP & Backwash systems of the MF plant

2. Chinchilla GTL Plant (Linc Energy)

BWG Automation has integrated and commissioned the Hydrogen Membrane System for GTL (Gas To Liquid) plant

BWG Automation is also working on integrating a new FT Reactor for the GTL plant.

3. HQ Congen Project.

BWG Automation has integrated and commissioned the Co-Gen system at the HQ building in Wickham Terrace in the Valley (Brisbane)

4- Merrimac Waste Water Treatment Plant PCS7 upgrade (from V6.0 to V8.0)

5- Mudgeeraba Water Purification Plant PCS upgrade (from V7.1 to V8.0)

7- Gold Coast Desalination Plant Service & Support

8- Merrimac Waste Water Treatment Plant Blower system

Upgrade of all S5 to S7 systems

9- Molendinar Control System Upgrade

BWG Automation is in the process of upgrading the water treatment plant’s control system to a high standard user friendly and easy to use and troubleshoot system.
